We want to share the opportunities we have for you and your children at Christ Church Kingwood. Our mission for Children's Ministry is to impart the truth of the gospel for children to know Jesus, make disciples, and to partner with parents in building and establishing a gospel-centered foundation with their families. In CCK's Children's Ministry, we desire to bring assistance and encouragement to parents and grandparents as they raise and minister to our children. Read below for more information and as always, feel free to email our Children's Coordinators - Kristyn LeGalley and Emily Rico.
WHAT IS SUNDAY LIKE?
We love having kids in the service with us, but we also know that’s not always possible or the right fit for every family each week. That’s why we provide Bible study classes where children can hear a passage of Scripture, talk about it together, enjoy an activity to help them learn more, and even share a snack.
At 9:00 a.m., we offer Discipleship Classes for children birth through age 11. During our 10:00 a.m. service, children birth through age 7 have the option to attend class, while ages 8–11 join us in the main service. The lesson during class is the same one taught earlier at 9:00, so no one misses out.
Our younger children (birth–2) meet downstairs, and children ages 3 and up meet upstairs. When you arrive, stop by the Children’s Table in the main lobby. Our volunteers will be there to help you check in and guide you to the right class.

A TEACHING SAMPLE
Here is an example of a lesson plan and curriculum that we provide to our teachers and volunteers.
They will individually apply this to their classes and students. Each age level has a slightly different curriculum that teaches at the appropriate age level. All of our content is Gospel-centered, and Biblically-based.
