988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Dial 988 anytime for 24/7, free, confidential support for mental health crises.
The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD: Provides a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) for in-person mental health evaluations. Call 713-970-7000, Option 1.
Crisis Intervention of Houston: Offers 24/7 hotlines and crisis counseling through intervention and referral for issues around mental health and suicidal thoughts.

Family Promise of Montgomery County: A 90 Day Program in partnership with local congregations to provide shelter, meals, transportation, and compassionate assistance for homeless families with children.

Coalition for the Homeless (CFTH): Unites partners across Houston/Harris County to maximize resources for those experiencing homelessness.
